  • Hydrate ; drink at least 80 oz of water a day 

  • Move your body; exercise 30 minutes a day most days of the week , stretch, and walk as much as you can every day 

Support your Spirit

  • Tap into your spiritual source regularly 

  • Be kind, love yourself and provide love

  • Seek positivity in your life and avoid negativity
